Clear boundaries for anarchy gameplay

Gameplay Boundaries

RebelMC is anarchy, but there are still core technical boundaries.

  • Hacking, cheat clients, and exploit abuse are forbidden.
  • Intentional lag machines or denial-of-service behavior is forbidden.
  • No duping through known exploit chains.
  • Automation must stay within normal vanilla behavior.
  • Alt accounts are allowed, but all accounts are subject to enforcement for cheating or exploit abuse.

Anarchy Allowed

Most in-world conflict is expected and allowed.

  • Raiding, griefing, trapping, and PvP are allowed.
  • No protected zones, no claims, no safe regions.
  • No guaranteed base recovery or rollback after losses.
  • Trust and alliances are fully player-driven.

Economy And Access

RebelMC remains free-to-play with no paid gameplay power.

  • No pay-to-play requirement to join either server.
  • No paid advantage that changes combat or progression balance.
  • Server access stays open to any valid Java player account.
  • Hardcore server follows the same no-paywall rule set.

Enforcement Policy

Cheat Detection

Confirmed cheating or exploit abuse can result in immediate enforcement action.

Penalty Escalation

Depending on severity: warning, temporary suspension, or permanent ban across related accounts.

No Rollback Policy

Combat, raids, grief, and item loss are not rolled back unless caused by verified server faults.
